Bayyinah Institute – Interactive Project Management, Digital Strategy, Web Design

• Developed a plan to overhaul existing website. This included restructuring navigation, content, appearance, and branding.
• Created a podcast for continuing audio. This podcast is listed in iTunes and is toward the top of its niche category.
• Created an easy to use online learning module
• Develop applications process to evaluate candidates for full time program. This included not just the technical and ecommerce mechanics, but the actual interview and selection process itself.
• Project Management – Manage development team to overhaul back-end registration system. Provide direction to development to ensure usability and financial criteria were met. This also included integration for a newsletter email list system for marketing.
• Develop use guidelines to manage projects and communication on Basecamp.
• Shift company email and document system to corporate Google Apps platform.
• Social Media strategy – Set up and integration of social media accounts to be sync’ed from one point of update (Facebook, Tumblr, Twitter, YouTube, RSS feed for sire, RSS feed for podcasts). Also developed usage guidelines for optimum use, branding, and marketing.
• Consultation services to assist with streamlining of finances and organizational structure. This also included improving general workflow efficiencies within the organization.
• Project Management – Developing a new online learning system. This includes creating budget and timeframe baselines, identification of resource requirements, and web development.
